Data Analyst - 6 month FTC

That’s why our UK Land and Property team have recently undertaken a significant redesign in our supply chain delivery process, and we're now looking for a Data Analyst to support in our associated data management and governance. In this role you'll lead on data management activities within Land and Property – a department that recognises data as a key asset that directly enables targeted business performance outcomes.

This 6 month fixed-term contract is based from Warwick, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.
Key accountabilities
- Provide data modelling expertise to all areas of Land and Property.
- Work in partnership with Land and Property teams to identify the critical data requirements and dependencies in order to enable delivery of our strategic outcomes.
- Provide support for projects – both strategic and operational in terms of data guidance and input.
- Provide insight on where data improvements would drive the most value for Land and Property - in alignment with overall strategy and the expertise and current industry knowledge to support this.
- Facilitate the transformation of Land and Property's data management capability to one where we can maximise digital opportunities and business intelligence - to become truly data driven.
About you

- Has expert data analysis and modelling skills (Excel and Power BI) and a drive to constantly clean and improve data and analysis processes.
- Has the ability to visualise and report insights creatively and in multiple formats.
- Will respect and handle confidential / sensitive information, ensuring absolute discretion at all times.
- Is solutions-oriented and focused on continuous improvement with the customer in mind.
- Is capable of working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Is a self-starter with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
What you'll get
A competitive salary between £44,000 - £48,000 pro-rata dependent on capability. This role is offered on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
