Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing;
- Daily, weekly, monthly data analysis, investigation and reporting to relevant Supervisors, Managers and Senior Managers where required in line with timescales and quality standards
- Facilitating minute taking, report typing and correspondence handling
- Data input and weekly and monthly reporting in respect of crew timesheets
- Understanding specific sites administration needs and requirements and supporting cross functional teams
- Providing data input and updates and data administration into relevant software systems e.g. ECHO, WIMS
- Ensuring data and documents produced are up to date, traceable and compliant with legislation
What we're looking for;
- Experience in a data / administration role is essential
- Experience and confidence in use of excel
- Team player, able to use own initiative
- Resilient to changing demands
