Job Role & Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to provide consistently accurate reports based on data collected as requested by senior management. This role will be an integral part of the Central Operations team, working closely with them taking on admin tasks and day to day reporting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Collate and analyse data which will then allow the post-holder to develop data reports as requested by senior management in accordance with agreed business plans and KPIs

· Prepare management information reports and adhoc reports

· With full training given, maintain internal information systems ensuring it is up to date and accurate

· Liaising and managing day to day requests for data processing

· Identification, monitoring and reporting of cost saving initiatives and improvements

· Collaborate with the wider Operations team to translate data insights into operational solutions

· Help improve the reliability and integrity of the reporting tools on which key operational metrics are based

· Provide general admin support for the Central Operations team
Performance Standards
· Ensure total accuracy of all data used and the accuracy of all reports produced as a result of collated data

· Excellent communication skills to enable accurate understanding of data

· Ability to work and adapt to a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Experience of working with, reporting and analysing data using Covid software is preferred.

Applicant must show evidence via Covid Pass (obtainable via the NHS App) of Covid vaccinations ( preferably including booster jab)

If upon you joining SCGP, you are currently a patient at one of the SCGP practices, you will be asked to transfer to a different practice. During your probation, unless there is no other alternative available for you, you will be expected to transfer to another practice to ensure that you are not treated by a colleague.

£ 11.75 per hour during probationary period.

Pay increase after successful completion of probationary period (six months).

Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700

Total: 37. 5 hours per week, 30 mins unpaid lunch each day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £22,912.50 per year

COVID-19 considerations:

Experience:

  • IT: 1 year (preferred)
  • Data Administration: 1 year (preferred)
