Job Description: Date Administrator - Nobilis Care
Join our dynamic team at Nobilis Care as a Data Administrator! We are a leading domiciliary care company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality care to our clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Coordination and Analytics, you will play a crucial role by ensuring data records for Carers and Clients are accurate and kept up-to-date in our rostering system in addition to this you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting all functions of the rostering system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a administrator role or maintaining data records.
- Process driven.
- Innovative and proactive mindset.
- Passionate about continuous improvement.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse workforce.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for ensuring data records are recorded accurately from first point of contact.
- Maintaining the database with accurate records.
- To become an expert with all parts of the rostering system.
- To build positive working relationships with Branch teams, Operations and the central finance and recruitment team.
- Exemplify and promote Nobilis Care's values and behaviours.
