THE ROLE
The Data & Admin Assistant plays a key role within the Finance department. As a Data & Admin Assistant, you will sit within the AP team.

You will be…
Playing a key part in the wider Group Finance capability, a critical capability within ASOS Finance that fulfils statutory requirements and ensures a rigorous controls environment is operated to deliver ASOS financial outcomes.
You will support this ambition by:
- Manage documents in the “Staging field” in Dynamics 365. Investigate data irregularities, (dates, currency, PO Numbers, duplications) and resolve them.
- Assist AP Assistants with queries which can include missing invoices and invoices processed to the wrong account.
- Identify data integrity issues in other systems
- Manage invoices being processed to Dynamics 365
- Manage third party invoice scanning solution and identify issues and escalating where necessary
- Delete invoices identified and requested by the AP Teams
- Work with suppliers to improve invoice compliance
- Set up new suppliers in Oracle, Dynamics 365 and Extranet ensuring all paperwork has been authorised in line with ASOS policies
- Amend supplier details
- Close supplier accounts no longer required by ASOS again ensuring company procedure is followed
- Reporting any Staging issues to Data Manager of with the FinSys Team
- Supporting on any additional requests
