We’re currently looking for a Dairy Operative to join our team at our Haverfordwest Creamery on a two month fixed-term contract, working on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Dairy Operative, you will play a key supporting role in our cheese manufacturing process.

Specifically, you will move 20kg blocks of cheese around our manufacturing/chilled warehouse environment using appropriate equipment.

Your role will also involve:
  • Ensuring we have adequate stock
  • Completing quality control checks and documentation
  • Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards
About You

To be considered as a Dairy Operative, you will need:
  • Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent), in Maths and English
  • A good level of IT literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Please note, this role involves working 12 hour shifts on a 4 on/4 off rota.
