I'm working with a housing agency who make a positive difference to those affected by poverty and unfortunate circumstances. After a wave of support throughout Corona and the Cost of Living crisis, they've recently expanded their geographical range of offerings and are now looking for a new D365 F&O Functional Consultant to join their team. They have a small IT division with 3 junior analysts, so the consultant coming in will need to bring excellent D365 F&O knowledge as well as either leadership or management experience to help lead the small team.
Within the role, your time will be split between 3 core elements:
- 1. Working on the support system - helping to deal with their intenral system, helping to manage support and deal with major incidents.
- 2. Liaising with the business, helping to bring around technical improvements to help with efficiency. This will include working within the broader cross-functional team; product owners, BAs, and support staff to assess, manage, and implement necessary system changes
- 3. Managing the small team of 3 analysts - helping to assess areas for development and implement personal development plans, training/mentoring, helping with all aspects of well-being.
- D365 F&O + 3 years
- Experience in core finance processes: general ledgers, sales ledgers, payments/income, procurement
- Experience within the housing/rental industry and general procedures
