The Cybersecurity Governance Analyst will directly report to the Head of Cybersecurity Governance & Chief of Staff to the Group CISO supporting Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to provide timely and accurate internal & external reporting, presentations as well as dive process improvement projects, working with key senior stakeholders regionally and globally.

The role of the Cybersecurity Governance Analyst will evolve in response to developments in Cybersecurity. The key features are:
- Responsible for the preparation of Executive, Board and Committee level reports on the performance of Cybersecurity across the Group, and on key topical reports as required.
- Maintaining an effective governance framework for Cybersecurity, including facilitation of Cybersecurity Executive Management Meetings.
- Working with stakeholders in Cybersecurity and across Businesses and Functions to identify and implement continuous improvements.
- Support as the deputy to Head of Cybersecurity Governance & Chief of Staff to the Group CISO as required.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Cybersecurity Board & Regulatory papers and material.
- Work with various stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies to appropriately and accurately message content of reports and presentations to enable informed decision making.
- Drive the continuing development, implementation and improvement of governance processes and framework.
- Prepare and facilitate Cybersecurity Executive Management Meeting, follow up (actions and activities) as required.
- Guide and support the virtual team of wider Cybersecurity Governance community to ensure collaboration and increased synergies across Cybersecurity sub-functions.
- Take responsibility for professional and timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Deputize in the absence of Head of Cybersecurity Governance & Chief of Staff to the Group CISO or as required
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority
- Experience of writing Board level reports in a clear and coherent manner.
- Strong analytical and written presentation skills with ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attentiveness to detail.
- A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
- An ability to build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same.
- An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative and actionable manner.
- Knowledge other Microsoft office tools (such as PowerPoint) and SharePoint is required to publish and manage the reports efficiently.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity is an advantage but not a must.
