Job description
Who are we looking for?
You can identify and creatively solve complex problems that cross the line between cyber security and business. You ensure that an organisation's cyber security practice supports the business rather than restricting it. You enjoy engaging with senior stakeholders and deriving customer requirements from uncertain situations. You consider the financial implications that come with changes to strategy. You recognise the sociotechnical elements of cyber security. You use your experience to lead, educate and inspire but also have a thirst to learn new skills.
What might you be doing?
- Assessing your clients' needs and managing relationships with stakeholders
- Supporting client engagements to define cyber security strategies and transformations
- Supporting the design and implementation of Security Operating Models (SOM) and associated artefacts (process mapping and service design).
- Performing maturity assessments of cyber security functions and capabilities.
- Confidently explaining GRC concepts to a diverse set of audiences.
- Seeking out and consulting with subject matter experts when deeper dives are required.
- Regularly presenting to clients and maintaining communications across-the-board.
- Designing assets and accelerators for future engagements.
- Accurately delivering high quality work to agreed timelines, taking the initiative and knowing how to jump straight in.
- Supporting client engagements, including pitches and presentations.
- Helping to support & grow Daintta by actively contributing towards the company strategy and helping to shape our future.
- Representing us and our core values: transparency, fairness and being daring
Sounds like something you'd enjoy? Here's a bit more about you:
- You have relevant industry experience in cyber security.
- You may have a degree or qualification in cyber, IT or a related area.
- You have experience of ISO27001, NIST, CAF or other industry standards.
- You have demonstrable continuous personal development with relevant data certifications and accreditations.
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- You have UK security clearance at SC or above or are eligible and willing to go through clearance.
What's in it for you?
In addition to being rewarded fairly for your contribution to the business, you get to work in a dynamic organisation that is agile and responsive. A business that is growing fast and where you get to drive and shape the future. A place where you are respected by everyone and your voice is important. Somewhere where you can be innovative and creative. A place where you have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of business from marketing to sales, to delivery and business operations.
Location?
Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office or on client site as required.
