Cyber Crisis Simulation Lead
This isn't just any old Cyber Security role. We know a lot of people will put fingers to keyboards and pop this in their job ads, but we really mean it!

Immersive Labs Crisis Simulation product marries incident response with engaging scenarios that emulate real-life decision making, forcing C-Level Execs, Management and Technical Leads to work together to make it out the other side of a cyber crisis with business (and reputation) intact - and now you can be part of the story as we scale and expand the product!
Due to the growth of our Organizational Exercising and Resilience team, we are seeking an experienced, creative and driven individual to join us as a Cyber Crisis Simulation Lead.
This role is integral to the growth of Immersive Lab's Crisis Sim offering, providing a catalogue of crisis simulations that resonate for the world's largest organizations and cover a range of maturity levels, threats and vectors.
You will work with the Organizational Exercising Product / Engineering team to maintain our market position and create content that appeals to the C-suite right through to Technical Incident Response Teams and enable us to convert potential customers at demo.
You will support Immersive Lab's Professional Services and/or Partners pipeline by building template Crisis Sims and supporting enablement materials (how and why).
Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):
Develop the catalogue of Crisis Sim scenarios covering different client maturity levels (i.e. beginners to advanced) across multiple sectors and vectors.
Provide leadership and support the Organizational Exercising Principal in the planning and ongoing maintenance of an organizational exercising roadmap that supports the needs of IL clients and can quickly adapt to cover relevant / recent incidents with support from the wider IL organization.
Understand custom Crisis Sim briefs and deliver on time and in full to customers at the required quality level.
Champion quality content and provide constructive feedback to peers as part of the TQA process.
Build content with the end user experience at the forefront.
Collaborate with other Content teams to create cross-role exercises.
Identify gaps in the market and support the Product Director in prioritizing solutions that best position IL within the wider competitor landscape.
Identify areas of technical debt and/or uplift within the content.
Research Crisis Sim trends, remaining at the forefront of industry events.
Support senior team members with customer events and calls, leading these where relevant and support and mentor junior members of the team.
You should apply if you have (we know it's tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don't have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):
Experience of running crisis management / incident response processes and/or the development and facilitation of crisis management /incident responses exercises.
Knowledge of Incident Response (IR) frameworks and/or knowledge of Crisis Management structures and strategies - particularly applied in large organizations (private or public sector and cyber or non-cyber)
Familiarity with Business continuity planning frameworks (such as ISO or an organizations specific policy and standards) including business impact assessment planning and disaster recovery
Communication and presentation skills - ability to confidentially facilitate an exercises to large audiences, can adjust presentation style to appropriately engage different audiences
Experience of working in an agile environment, responding appropriately to changing priorities, proactively managing competing demands, and working at pace to meet objectives and deliver quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience of working with large, global or government organizations (in any capacity); familiar with how to navigate complex organizations and enterprise-level organizational structures.
