HRGO are seeking Customs Clearance Clerks for our established and reputable Client based in the Dover area. Good analytical and excellent organisational skills are essential, and you must work in a methodical manner and be able to respond effectively to enquiries. This role will suit candidates that are experienced in clearance and declarations and for someone that has current CDS experience. Responsibilities: Preparing and completing import/export customs declarations and clearances Monitoring emails and responding to any customer queries Customs import/export entry checking Dealing with customs related complaints Ensuring you remain compliant and up-to-date with all HRMC laws and regulations Key Requirements Up to 1 years experience essential Excellent IT skills Strong communication skills essential, both written and verbal Positive attitude and willing to learn Someone who enjoys working in a team Successful candidates would be expected to work one Saturday, and one Sunday a month. This is on rotating weekly shift pattern as follows: Week 1 Monday - Friday Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm Friday 11.00am - 7.00pm (late shift) Week 2 Monday - Thursday Monday, - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm Week 3 Sunday -Friday Sunday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Week 4 Tuesday - Saturday Tuesday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm This is a , full-time role with a varied shift pattern and is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful and professional company.
