Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support Team Member, who has experience in a similar customer service based role, to join a company based in Newstead.


Hours: Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-11:30am or 8am-12pm

Pay: £13.00 per hour


We are looking for someone who will uphold the Bunches brand values in this customer facing role, putting the customer first and providing a good and honest service.


Job Purpose:

  • To provide effective hands on support to the web administration function to the business
  • To establish an efficient, friendly, helpful and welcoming approach with every contact point proving them with a memorable level of service, which promotes customer loyalty and recommendation
  • To ensure that a consistently outstanding level of customer care is provided during all conversations through any form of communication
  • To support and contribute to a culture of providing excellence in service to all Bunches customers
  • To assist with general administrative duties as required

Main responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiry emails
  • Respond to complaint emails
  • Respond to complaint/query messages on chat
  • To ensure a consistently high level of service is provided by;
    • Creating a positive first impression / Respond to customer needs by listening and questioning effectively / Having up to date and accurate information about current offers, promotions, and product availability
  • Ensure that any incoming complaint, follow up or enquiry are dealt with promptly or routed to the relevant person/department efficiently
  • Download pending orders on CRM system and amend address queries.
  • Liaise with operations, ensuring website cut off times are promptly completed.

Experience:

  • Have previously worked within a similar role
  • Computer literate to a competent level
  • Competent in the use of email and internet
  • Experience of dealing with the public

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Attention to detail – accurate and thorough
  • Excellent administration, communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Bright, friendly and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Numerate with good spelling and transposition skills
  • Enjoys talking to people, but succinct and to the point
  • Flexible to working hours
  • Supportive of colleagues
  • Can work unaided and without supervision
