Role: Customer Contact Support Team Leader
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Package: Alongside your salary you will receive a 15% bonus. We are looking to welcome a Customer Support Team Leader into our business, reporting into our Remote Lead and managing a team of 1st line support specialists.
Whilst it's essential that you have a strong technical background within IT and the ability to manage products and services, the true success of this role lies within your passion for people centric leadership.
We like our leaders to be proactive in helping to develop those around them, leading by example and driving the core values of our organisation in their leadership style.
Not only will you be providing leadership, motivation and direction to the team, you will be fostering a customer centric support team focusing on the receipt, resolving and/or triage of any given incident/service request whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience
Promoting Self-help and adopting Proactive, Predictive, Preventative support strategies to our customers.
