We are proud to be working with an existing financial services client, who are looking to recruit x2 passionate Customer Support Specialists. It will be your responsibility to act as an initial escalation point for the sales and customer service advisors, dealing with complaints and complex queries.
You will use your customer service and objection handling skills by acting as the point of contact for all inbound and outbound retention calls. Additionally, you will handle overflow sales and customer service calls as and when required.
To be considered for this Customer Support Specialist role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment ideally dealing with retentions or renewals.
Must Haves:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload
Contract:
- Salary: £21,000
- Start Date: 17th April 2023
- Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time / Flexible Working, ideally to commute to the office 1 day per week in Aylesbury
- 36 hours per week Monday to Friday
