Salary: Croydon - £31,445 - £36,500 per annum / Norwich - £29,695 - £34,407 per annum

We’re looking for a number of exceptional Customer Support Specialists to join our fantastic teams in Croydon or Norwich on a permanent basis.
This is a multiple case management role, which requires you to confidently make decisions and deal with multiple customer interactions so you’ll need excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal teams and external agencies. You’ll participate in active learning and share knowledge to support us in driving continuous improvement to meet high levels of performance.
What we’re looking for
Accuracy, attention to detail and being able to interpret legislation are key skills and you must be able to work to a high standard in a busy, pressurised environment whilst managing your own time to complete a varied workload.
The nature of the teams work areas means that you’ll need to have a flexible and adaptable approach to manage changing priorities as the business need determines. You’ll need confidence to apply sound judgement and decision making skills to take ownership of you work areas.
