Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing new clients support in relation to account onboarding.
- Providing existing clients with ongoing support in relation to the operation of their account.
- Working with relevant departments to ensure request from clients are resolved.
- Ensuring appropriate delivery of communications to new and existing clients.
- Managing website live chat, phone and email communication channels.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to system/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting and Back-office enquiries.
- Follow up on the progress of response to the client
- Ensure that all duties are done so in line with the necessary KYC, AML and Due Diligence controls.
- Escalate all/any matters to senior management as required to ensure swift resolution of pending issues.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH and at least one additional language is preferred:
Chinese, German, French, Italian, Spanish
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field will be preferred
- Minimum 2 years of financial or related experience (Essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment
- Good time and task management skills.
