Job Title: Customer Support Representative RVN (12 months FTC)
Salary: £24,000 – £34,000
Location: Leamington Spa
Job Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract (Possibility of becoming permanent)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours
Your role and responsibilities
Antech Diagnostics are looking for an experienced Customer Support associate to join our growing team on a 12 months fixed term contract. In this role, you will be providing customer and/ or technical support relating to products, equipment instillation, services along with troubleshooting for client needs. You will be solution focused with an eye for detail to provide a smooth process for our clients. A background within Veterinary Nursing and relationship management are key areas of experience for this position.
This opportunity will be based on site of our brand new facility, which is due to open in the Leamington Spa area late summer 2023, hybrid home working is offered in the interim. This opportunity is a 12 months fixed term contract, however there is a possibility of securing a permanent position upon end date.
Key responsibilities and attributes include:
· Provides customer support related to Company product or service installation, training and or troubleshooting according to established policies and procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
· Advise customers in the use of company products, equipment, and services. Provide training documentation in varying formats. Ensure customer satisfaction in the use and capability of the company products and services
· Troubleshoots customer problems with assistance of the inhouse technical resources and others as needed. Plans and implements strategies for addressing more complex issues as needed.
· Provides support for new customer installations following on from Field Technical Support handover, responding to any issues that arise and coordinating resolution to ensure smooth customer experience.
· Details benefits of additional company products and services as appropriate.
· Document all customer interactions.
Experience and skill set required:
· RVN Diploma/ Degree or equivalent preferred, or combination of education and industry experience.
· Technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems with the company products and services
· Communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation skills
· Relationship management skills, including ability to resolve difficult customer situations
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to solve problems and address customer needs
