Vacancy: Customer Support Officer (Interim)
Salary: £31,232 (pro rata)
Location: Across Bournville Portfolio (Birmingham & Telford)

Job Profile
We are recruiting for a temporary Customer Support Officer to join our Maintenance team to provide hands-on support to our customers during capital works installations, the damp and mould process and complaints.
You will play an integral part in achieving our mission of creating and sustaining communities where people can thrive.

As the Customer Support Officer you will bring the following key skills to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer first focused environment
- Excellent negotiation skills that result in clear actions and results
- Good listener
- Full and current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
