This role will be Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) - Hybrid Working (2 days in Office - 3 days at Home) - Office is based in Belfast City Centre
Salary
£23,300 + Up to 20% Employer pension + 37 Days Holiday + Tonnes more fantastic benefits
Responsibilities:
This role includes Customer Support, Arrears communications, making payment arrangements, telephone conversations with customers, liaising with solicitors and other third parties, direct debit set up and various other mortgage administration duties;
- Mortgage account amendments, Direct Debit set ups, Redemption quotations, capital repayments, product set ups, product switch processing;
- Savings account administration and queries;
The Ideal Person:
- Admin experience with Calls duties is essential
- Finance or Mortgage experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent listening and communication skills
