TheScrumMaster.co.uk is a global training company specialising in Scrum and Agile training.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Manager to join us. This position is suited to someone with excellent communications skills who wants to work fully remote.
The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for supporting our customers via email and phone. Attitude, enthusiasm and a desire to learn are the most important characteristics. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Replying to customers to an agreed service level.
- Provide information on courses and assessments.
- Manage courses and course bookings.
- Send course joining instructions and confirm receipt.
- Ensuring customer invoices are paid.
Requirements:
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Computer literate and comfortable with learning how to use new software
- Experienced with MS Word and Excel.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Experience in customer support at a training company (not essential).
- Able to work from 07:30 to 10:00 on 1-3 days each week when courses are running. Other hours are flexible.
