Job description
This is a position well-suited to an individual that is highly motivated and works well as part of a small team.
The role involves providing a high standard of customer service on a daily basis via email, live chat and telephone. You will be working directly with our customer support system, which integrates with sales channels such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify, as well as our internal order management system.
There will be training provided and the right individual will have the chance to develop their skills and expand their remit within a hard-working and efficient team.
We operate several online retail stores, and this role will focus primarily on our hobby craft and electronic component product lines. An interest and passion for crafts and/or electronics is not essential, but it certainly wouldn't hurt.
Key Duties
* Front-line customer support (email and social channels).
* Processing refunds & returns.
* Dealing with our courier partners.
* Assisting with other duties relating to the business as required.
