Job description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our team to provide inbound support to our growing customer base via Email-based support desk, online support and telephone. In addition you will be required to make outbound calls to assist clients and when time allows promote paid upgrades.
Duties:
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to promote IT services and products
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the IT field
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inbound Telephone IT support
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools
- Knowledge of IT products and services is essential to this role. Specifically an understanding of Web sites, the internet and Smartphone Apps
