It’s important that our customer support executives have a good understanding of technology. Whether that’s through work experience or their hobbies & interests. Our customers can sometimes call us in a kerfuffle whilst using our technology solutions; whether that's charging their vehicles, using our website/mobile app or with another technology-based issue. Our colleagues patiently guide our customers through troubleshooting processes, providing step-by-step instructions, and offering tips to optimise their experience.

Working remotely, you'll have the opportunity to deliver outstanding support from the comfort of your own home. You'll be equipped with the necessary tools and training to navigate our systems efficiently, allowing you to focus on what you do best - delivering exceptional customer service and leaving a lasting impression.
