Safer Pet is a fast-paced company in the Pet Industry, selling pet microchips, GPS tracker devices and pet reunification services. We are continually expanding and intend to aggressively market our products with ambitions to be the number one player in the UK within two years.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious customer support executive to join our team at the start of our journey. The sky is the limit for the right person, and we encourage and support development.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate and excited to join us and make a real difference. We want to deliver the absolute best possible service to our customers and keep them returning to us.

  • Communicate with customers effectively via telephone, email and chat support
  • Contact customers due to renew, problem solving, customer success and resolving complaints
  • Process tickets via our helpdesk
  • Process customer orders whilst exploring all upselling opportunities
  • General administration via customer databases and processing key tasks

Your qualities:

  • Love people and be an expert communicator
  • Go the extra mile and have excellent customer service
  • Be up for getting stuck in and ready to tackle something new

Skills and experience:

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Computer literate; Word, Excel, E-Mail. Zendesk, Shopify and stock management system experience would be desirable but not essential.
  • Solutions focused
  • Have a flexible approach to your work
  • Self-confident and calm under pressure
  • Tidy and organised

Benefits:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 7.5-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Redhill, RH1 1RJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
