JOB DESCRIPTION
Davies are looking to recruit an Adjuster Support Technician to join our team in Stoke. In this role, you will play a vital role within the company and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. You will need to be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service. The successful candidate will liaise with a variety of individuals both internally and externally, while managing incoming emails and phone calls.

Duties and Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls.
Issue reports to clients when required.
Resolve customer queries proactively.
Appoint suppliers.
Make outbound calls to customer/supplier/clients.
Dealing with and actioning associated tasks in relation to claims
To support the field adjusters and associates
Compile reports within the Adjuster/Technician partnership
Skills and Experience
Ability to delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Capable to effectively communicate – both written and verbal
Proven experience working as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skill
Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
A proactive attitude, and enthusiastic Polite and courteous phone manner

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
