Our client provides professional consultancy services for the infrastructure industry, including quantity surveying, commercial management, financial auditing and project management across rail, utilities, highways, and the wider infrastructure sector. About the Role

This role sits within a brand-new team as we continue to keep winning fantastic customers and need to increase the team to fully service them. We want to build the new blueprint for partnership working and so are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals who are ambitious and understand the role service has at the heart of any solutions business.

This role is the coal face of the organisation. You will be the first port of contact with our customers. They are often scant on time and detail so you will need to be able to get the dirt, charm them into being patient, find the solution and ensure you’re on top of product improvement requests.

· Talk the hind leg off a donkey? (Always happy to get on the phone to a customer)

· Broad shoulders, always at home solving others’ problems? (Patience and sympathy in bucketloads)

· The one everyone goes to for advice? (Natural empathy and high EQ)

· A starter-finisher.

Ways of Working

· This is a brand new, first of its kind team, based in our Chorley office

· Part of our onboarding, training and set up requires full time office attendance

· Ultimately a 3/2 hybrid split is our normal practice

· 25 days holiday

· Salary: £25-£30k FTE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
