Customer Support
Full Time – Remote (Leeds based)
Salary - £20 – 22k
Focus 5 recruitment are excited working with a health technology company who are looking for a Customer Support Executive. Would you like to help support GP Practices communicate with patients? You could be joining an innovative HealthTech start-up delivering exciting solutions to UK GP Practices.
The client partners with Primary Care organisations to deliver Digital Health solutions that empower, support, and connect. Supporting several GP’s nationwide, helping to manage and support over 600 websites. This company was also voted in the top 50 companies to work for FLEXIBILITY!!!
Due to a period of growth, they are looking to expand their team with a new Customer Support role. You’ll be handling support requests, updating practice websites, and working with the wider team to make sure all our practices websites look great! You’ll be a people person who is comfortable talking with practices on the phone or by email.
We’d love it if you’ve worked with websites before, specifically WordPress, but we are open to applications from all backgrounds. Bonus points if you’ve worked with the NHS before!

Role
The role involves working with GP Practices from onboarding to ongoing support and covers the following:
- Onboarding new website clients by helping migrate website content.
- Updating websites via our content management system.
- Supporting customers, troubleshooting, resolving issues and implementing solutions.
- Being the first point of contact for support queries via phone or email
- Managing support requests in terms of their technical requirements – and either completing the required work or working with our development to add new features.
- GP Practices are busier than ever, so it’s important that when they need to update something, we help them promptly so they can get back to caring for patients.
The right person is more important than the right skills, but ideally, you’d have:
- Good level of IT experience – you don’t have to be a techy, but you should have a general interest.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of customer support
- Experience of using the WordPress CMS
