MAMA.codes is a parent-powered and fast-growing EdTech startup offering unique creative coding resources and workshops for children aged 3-11.
We are keen to meet interested applicants who are keen to help us engage and service our parent community. Your role is to ensure parents are well-informed, and their queries are promptly answered, while you are consistently proactive, efficient, patient and professional.
The Role
We are looking for:
- Experience dealing with customers in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand and convey details, pricing and technical concepts related to our coding classes, sessions and products (detailed training is provided)
- Ability to upsell to customers and help them find the right fit, going above and beyond in tailoring products to the customer
- Ability to handle complaints and technical problems and achieve a smooth resolution
- Comfortable using WhatsApp web, as well as with making proactive phone calls to parents
- Experience using G Suite
- A proactive problem solver, and fast learner
- Ability to build strong working relationships and support our tutors
- Flexible working style
- A friendly, patient, efficient tone and manner
- Excellent command of the English language
