Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing Customer Success team. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will directly interact with clients collaborating with colleagues in Sales, Account Management and Product to quickly solve or escalate inbound client's queries. This role is key to our mission to put customers and their experience with our services at the heart of our business.
The successful candidate will be:
- Resolve or escalate inbound customer queries,
- Assist with the fulfilment of new subscriptions to our platforms, and
- Support the team during the sales and renewal cycle.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You have a keen attention to detail, enjoy organising and have excellent time management skills so that you can:
- Adapt to emerging priorities,
- Update CRM and internal systems accurately, and
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
