- Permanent, full time employment.
Hours:
- Full Time, *Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Daily hour break.
- 35 Hours/week
Salary/Pay:
- 21,500 per annum

The role:
To support the Vehicle team in all aspects of administration, customer support and Complaints
- Understanding administration duties to maintain central database.
· Interact with Customers and provide a good level of Customer Service
- Assist in administration according to the needs of the business
· Manage customer expectations regarding company terms and conditions
- Respond to and resolve all customer complaints/queries via telephone, email
· Record all correspondence with customers
- Make sure all fines and charges are processed
