Job description

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
  • Understanding software development life cycle
  • Moving old networks across to new ones
  • Translating client requirements into specified project briefs
  • Modifying or replacing systems
  • Presenting proposals to clients
  • Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
  • Ensuring that budgets are adhered to
  • Testing systems
  • Providing training and user manuals to users of new systems
  • Keeping up-to-date with technical and industry developments

Skills and Experiences

Previous experience of IT based customer service would be an advantage (comprehensive training will be provided). Multilingual especially, Bengali, Hindi or any European language would be an advantage.

  • Experience in a customer-facing and/or analytical support role
  • Great time-management and organisational skills
  • A logical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • The willingness to build a strong rapport with internal and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
