This role sits within a brand new team as we continue to keep winning more fantastic customers and need to increase the team to fully service them. We want to build the new blue print for partnership working and so are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals who are ambitious and understand the role service has at the heart of any solutions business.
This role is the coal face of the organisation. You will be the first port of contact with our customers and our end user (the general public). They are often scant on time and detail so you will need to be able to get the dirt, charm them into being patient, find the solution and ensure you’re on top of product improvement requests.

Ways of Working
- This is a brand new, first of its kind team, based in our Preston office
- Part of our onboarding, training and set up requires full time office attendance
- Ultimately a 3/2 hybrid split is our normal practice
- Part time and flexible working patterns available
- Some travel to our London office and/or Customer office is required, at our cost
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days with service

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
