Customer Support Agent
Salary: £29,120 per annum
Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service? Then this temporary role as a Customer Support Agent for the world’s largest car sharing marketplace could be for you! This is a 4 month fixed term contract to work within the Customer Support team and serve as the main point of contact for users within the United Kingdom. This role is 40 hours per week based on shift patterns and requires occasional weekend work.
Customer Support Agent Responsibilities:
- Answering enquiries about membership, accounts, and our services via phone and email
- Fielding questions across a broad range of areas, billing, cancellations, guest experience, and host quality
- Ensuring that members receive the highest quality of service and that all issues are resolved in the shortest possible time
- 6 months experience within customer service
- A personable, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people
- Strong customer service and dispute resolution skills
- Great problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Be available for weekend and evening work
- Outstanding attention to detail, with a strong ethic of personal responsibility
