Aqualla Brassware are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join an ever-growing team, with a passion for providing the highest level of customer service for our valued and loyal customers, as we strive to be the number one supplier of choice for premium bathroom products, across GB & Ireland.
The successful candidate will be; a confident communicator, detail orientated with excellent organisation skills, harnessing the ability to remain calm while working under pressure.
Day-to-day duties include:
· Processing telephone and email orders using our new ERP system, K8, from Kerridge Commercial Systems.
· Servicing our customers by telephone and email, regarding current orders, stock and general sales/invoice queries.
· Tracking processed orders across our courier networks.
· Working in a busy office environment, maintaining regular communication with other internal departments such as Warehouse & Logistics, Accounts and externally with our Regional Sales team.
Criteria
Essential:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience, working in a similar environment.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.
· GCSE Maths & English
· Confident telephone manner & ability to respond efficiently to customer queries.
Desirable:
· Experience in the bathroom industry
· Previous experience working with K8, or equivalent ERP system.
· Ability to speak another language.
