Overview of Role Contribute to thriving training team with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. Provides customer service support to customer base both directly through conversations and indirectly through creating and maintaining documentation.Friendly, patient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work as a team, attentive to detail, able to work on deadline, able to prioritise Customer orders, you’re a problem-solver, have great listening skills, and can maintain accurate record-keeping You will be required to complete a full Security Clearance background check Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Answering customer questions as they come through email, chat, or phone. Creating documentation to help customers resolve their issues. Assisting with billing issues, if required You are will be helping our customers, and implementing new functionality to help our customers work even better.
