You will be joining an award winning and leading organisation within the communications industry. Our client is looking for customer focused and ambitious candidates to join their specialist teams to continue to provide their customers with a 1st-class service. The position sits within an existing fast paced and high growth support desk where you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via call, email and eChat.
