Job description
We are actively seeking a passionate and caring customer support agent who thinks outside the box and genuinely want to help our clients.
This is a support position so you will need to be self-motivated, committed, show a willingness to work both as an individual as well as part of a small but successful team as well as being resolute. Clients communicate with you via telephone and email so your communication skills must be excellent through both these channels. You must enjoy your work and creating positive outcomes to problems.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- providing help and advice to customers using our products or services and generating sales
- communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email
- investigating and solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing
- keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- producing written information for customers, involving use of our computer packages and software
- implementing customer service procedures, policies and standards
- meeting with managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- learning about our products or services and keeping up to date with changes

Salary: £9,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
