The Customer Support Administrators' focus is to help monitor and improve customer support for our products and services. The role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed term contract.
What will you be doing?
Provide general administrative support to the Support Team including filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork.
Processing electronic and paper enquiries that have been received about services purchased through our multiple brands.
Help improve communication between our customer support teams, gather and measure customer satisfaction, and share feedback with internal managers. Use the CRM system to handle customer issues, assess and resolve them as per our agreed standards, and keep records.
Keeping accurate records of all enquiries.
Help our development team with testing to quality control updates to our customer-facing website and internal system tools.
Assist head office management to ensure support teams are reaching set SLA and KPI targets.
Any other tasks that are passed across from the Head Support or the Support Manager.
