Customer Support Administrator
Ellgia Recycling Ltd has a vacancy for a full-time Customer Support Administrator to join us at our Materials Recycling Facility in Lancaster Way, Ely. The role is office based.

Duties
The role is central to Ellgia as it represents the initial point of contact for our customers either through email or telephone. Consequently, excellent customer service skills are a pre-requisite.
The customer service tasks include:
- Maintaining and updating detailed records on all contracts, and analysing and highlighting customer activity
- Liaising with sales staff to ensure they are kept up to date with customer activity
- The preparation of quotations, contracts, and issuing Welcome Packs to new customers
- Ensuring customer equipment is delivered to agreed timeframes
- Portal management access for customers – Ellgia maintain a portal where customers can access their own information
- Taking bookings, resolving customer concerns, and escalating relevant issues as appropriate.
- Ensuring all price changes are managed and communicated as required
- Preparing and issuing routine and bespoke sales and operations reports
Apart from the duties summarised here, the role may vary from time to time to include other reasonable duties, to cover short term resource shortages, staff absence and the changing needs of the business.
What skills and qualities will you need?
We are seeking someone who is keen to learn and progress; someone who is both resilient and adaptable. You will need to be motivated to provide great customer service – for both internal and external customers – and will need good interpersonal skills.
Proven written and oral communication skills are also important in the role as is being IT literate.
Previous experience of dealing with customers directly or the telephone is essential.
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year.
