Job description
CF Services has been providing furniture and flooring solutions to local authorities, housing associations and caring organisations since 1997. Our aim is to provide a single source of quality domestic furnishings - all to meet a budget set by our customers.
Due to continued expansion we now have a vacancy for the following person at our Kirkcaldy Depot.
Customer Support Administrator
Key functions are:-
- To key sales orders onto the system using Sage Line 50
- Liaise with installers and handle the flow of paperwork to the warehouse
- Invoice previous days’ jobs
- Liaising with clients via telephone and e-mail
Candidates MUST have the following experience:
- Good telephone skills
- Work well under pressure
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent organisational skills
Full training on our systems and procedures will be given. Ideally you will be a forward thinking, motivated team player with a lively personality, an assertive nature and an excellent eye for detail. Candidates must have experience in a busy demanding office, and the ability to multi task. This is a high pressured role but we believe a very rewarding role.
