About the role

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Account Management Team. The Account Managers are responsible for Mayden’s new and existing customer accounts, including many NHS services. Mayden’s flagship patient management system, iaptus, is used by more than 200 mental health services in the UK, Australia and Canada. You will be able to positively work with the team to assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues within iaptus.

Customer Support Account Manager - Key responsibilities:

  • provide excellent technical support for our iaptus users, full training will be provided
  • coordinate with our product owners, systems administrators and developer teams to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve user queries and contribute to new development proposals
  • build strong relationships with customers via telephone, email, online meetings and in person visits
  • attend conferences, working with other teams such as Marketing, to provide iaptus insight
  • support clients to use the reports feature within iaptus and advise on filters to meet the reporting requirements.

Customer Support Account Manager - You:

  • are great at problem-solving and have a keen eye for detail

Customer Support Account Manager - Skills and Experience:

  • outstanding customer service experience
  • able to deliver customer support remotely and in person
  • strong IT competency and confidence, as this role involves technically supporting our customers with our iaptus system
  • an understanding of working in an agile environment would be beneficial.

Hours and Location

The position is for a permanent member of our team, full time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. We are open to applications of 22+ hours per week. Please include the hours you are looking for within your cover letter.

Our teams have decided our place of work policy which guides all staff. We believe there is significant benefit from working face to face for our collaborative work. We also believe that other activities can be performed well away from the office. As a general guideline, we believe effective communication and relationships are maintained by being in the office for around half your working time, and depending on the needs of the business and teams.

The role involves occasional travel throughout the UK.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
