Overview
Our busy client is looking to hire a talented customer success professional to join their small, thriving team. The role will predominantly be based at home with occasional meetings in the Huddersfield office. As well as a competitive salary this role offers private healthcare and pension benefits. This role is a key part of the customer experience and will include:
- Supporting your customers through the whole customer journey from pre- to post-sale including the provision of onboarding support and technical assistance where required
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Being proactive in approach, turning opportunities into customer retention and renewals
- Creating strong long-term customer relationships
- Ensuring the customer is at the heart of the business by being the go-to person for each of your clients
- Managing, maintaining and interrogating customer data from the system into meaningful management information, providing regular reports to senior management.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills ideally from a fast-paced digital customer success environment
- A proven track record of supporting customers, increasing customer satisfaction and boosting customer retention
- Ideally experienced within a SaaS environment, previous experience of software onboarding is preferred but not essential
- Positive and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion to create a positive customer experience
- IT literate with strong Excel skills
- Mathematically confident
- Strong project management skills
- Willing and able to learn.
