UpSlide is the number one productivity solution provider for financial services. Our software dramatically improves the functionality of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI and enables users at firms like Citi, KPMG, and BNP Paribas to focus on high-value tasks rather than formatting or copy-pasting. - Be a trusted point of contact that clients can rely on to get the most out of UpSlide
- Help clients execute a successful UpSlide launch by collaboratively planning change management, sharing best practice and communication assets; and by monitoring and advising on user adoption
- Work closely with our implementation, sales and support teams to achieve client goals
- Optimise existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services, assist customers with questions and best practices for their needs
- Sustain business growth by adopting a data-driven approach to customer management to prioritise time around risk, and mitigating churn through customer engagement
- Drive and maintain high active user numbers and client satisfaction scores
