TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS business on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.
Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3,000 transfers, and we are proud that today over 650 clubs from 60+ countries and 100+ leagues are currently using the platform.
A newly created role has just arisen for a Customer Success Associate to oversee the growth of our European user base. You will be engaging with senior decision makers (Chief Scouts, Sporting Directors, CEOs, Owners) from across the European 2nd divisions in Central Eastern Europe, Germany and Austria, wowing them with our offering and converting them to TransferRoom advocates.
For this role, you can be based either in our London office or remotely in Europe; or between the two.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing a first class on-boarding experience
- Driving usage on our platform and participation of your clients at TransferRoom events
- Resolving any customer issues
- Optimising the activity of your portfolio on the platform to ensure that the overall objectives of all our customers are met during a transfer window
Who you are:
- You have experience working in a similar sales and/or account management position
- You’re have a "hunter" mindset
- Sports experience is not a prerequisite but interest and ability to talk intelligently about football transfers is a must
- Curious, hungry to learn and to bring value to the team
- You have the ability to talk intelligently and with credibility about the football transfer market.
- You're fluent in English as well as at least one other European languages (ideally German)
- Full Drivers license
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
