The Role


You would be joining us at a very exciting time, with huge opportunity for personal and professional growth within our team!


Due to our continued growth, unprecedented demand for our digital healthcare solutions and ambitious plans for the future both nationally and internationally, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team to help support our fantastic customer base, future partners and their patients.


You will:


  • Build fantastic relationships from day one, building trust and confidence whilst supporting the design of customers and partners digital healthcare projects by gathering a full understanding of their service and requirements.
  • Project manage and deliver a 5 star implementation of our digital health platform Clinitouch, working closely with the clinical and operations teams, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Build high levels of engagement that deliver long term, successful outcomes for Spirit’s customers and most importantly their patients.
  • Be the ‘go to’ person for your assigned customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the customer is maximising the full potential of the technology available to them.
  • Provide structured feedback of customer requirements to enable Spirit Health to achieve continuous improvement.

The Candidate


To be a success in your role as Customer Success Manager at Spirit Health, you will have:


  • A values driven approach and a passion for improving access to healthcare for communities across the globe.
  • Experience deploying and supporting SaaS with excellent technological awareness and skills.
  • Project management experience with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage several projects/tasks at any one time with a methodical attention to detail.
  • Experience of delivering online and/or face to face product training sessions.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive, creative outlook and the ability to motivate others, including both new and existing customers.
  • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Current passport as some international travel may be required
