Punch! is searching for an Account Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a Marketing Agency, working predominantly on B2B accounts. The candidate will be keen to make an impact on an ambitious agency by maintaining and growing relationships with our clients and helping to deliver exceptional marketing/sales development campaigns.

About you
- 2 years of working within Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management experience is essential
- Previous B2B sales experience would be extremely advantageous
- Able to proactively build and maintain client relationships
- Can communicate effectively with clients at all levels, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Able to balance client expectations with the needs and capabilities of the team and company
- Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised and able to manage their time between multiple clients
Day-to-Day
- Be accountable from the start of the process (onboarding and briefing) through to the completion (execution, optimisation and campaign reporting)
- Confident in managing multiple clients, working closely with all teams across the agency including strategy, sales development and digital
- Become a trusted advisor for our clients, acting as the first point of contact between them and the other departments within Punch!
- To grow and build on existing relationships, either by spotting new business opportunities within the existing client team or using testimonials and case studies to win new clients
- Be the person who thinks ‘client first’ and represents the voice of the client
