We're seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our fully remote Customer Success team. As an integral part of the Canvas family, you'll provide crucial support to our Customer Success team, ensuring our customers' success. You'll advocate for their needs, answer product questions, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your contributions will make a real difference in healthcare. What you'll be doing:
- Helping new customers get started: Assisting new customers in understanding and using the product or service effectively.
- Providing customer support: Helping customers with any questions or issues they may have, and finding solutions to their problems.
- Creating useful guides: Making internal documents that explain how things work within the company, and creating user-friendly guides for customers to use the product or service.
- Managing customer inquiries: Keeping track of customer questions and problems using a ticketingsystem, and making sure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Assisting senior team members: Supporting the more experienced members of the customer success team in their projects and initiatives.
- Speaking up for customers: Acting as a bridge between customers and the company, making sure their needs and feedback are heard, and helping the company improve the product or service based on customer input.
- Building relationships: Developing positive relationships with customers, understanding their goals and challenges, and regularly checking in to help them achieve success.
- Learning and staying updated: Keeping up with product updates, industry trends, and customer successbest practices to improve your knowledge and skills.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of three years of customer-facing or project management experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience for a healthcare technology startup or other SaaS-based company
- And understanding of the clinician-developer relationship and the ability to successfully iterate through desired care models
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ownership mentality, someone who fully takes responsibility for their work
- The ability to be flexible in a position with a lot of moving parts
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to build strong relationships, but internally and with customers
Location: This role is open to candidates within the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones, with a preference for those in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $50,000-60,000 for employees based in San Francisco. This position also is eligible for benefits and our Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and geographic location.
