We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to join our vibrant team at Blue Array.


Our Customer Success team plays a crucial role in Blue Array's commitment to building trust and transparency between our customers and business.


As our Customer Success Executive, you will be…

  • Supporting & working closely with our Head of Customer Success to improve customer satisfaction levels by executing tasks and activities that align with the four key pillars of the vision:customer attraction/engagement, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Supporting our Head of Customer Success and wider delivery teams with Client onboarding, offboarding, & retention programs
  • You will also support the marketing and new business team with your creative ideas by building brand awareness and business development activities.
  • Supporting our Marketing Manager with Blue Array social media posts
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience for the Blue Array Academy
  • Supporting and organising events for the prospective and existing clients
  • Administering our Marketing and Customer Success admin tasks as required
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, so you can stay ahead of the game and help us improve.

  • A team player, being able to work closely with different teams across Blue Array
  • Be IT literate, including working with Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc. Experience using the Google Stack is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing tools (Mailschimp, Hootsuite etc.) desirable but not essential
