As a Customer Success Manager, you will help the world’s largest companies harness the transformative potential of LLMs to improve their products and services. You’ll ensure that Anthropic delivers value to customers, finds additional opportunities within current accounts, and establishes lasting relationships with key decision makers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Becoming an expert in Anthropic's products, methodology, and prompting techniques.
- Partnering with the Anthropic Account Executives and Product Researchers team to onboard new customers, and retain and grow existing customers.
- Leading customer renewal strategy and using case-specific recommendations to key contacts at customer organizations.
- Working with internal teams to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews for strategic accounts, in partnership with Account Executives.
- Identifying patterns across customers and representing customer needs in Anthropic's product planning processes.
- Forecasting and mitigating risks related to customer renewals and retention.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- A proven track record of quota attainment against retention and upsell objectives.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented work style.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially when interacting with executives and leaders.
- A personal passion for ensuring the safe and ethical development of AI.
Annual Salary (USD)
- The expected salary range for this position is $240k - $280k.

Anthropic’s compensation package consists of three elements: salary, equity, and benefits. We are committed to pay fairness and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates.
Equity - Equity will be a major component of the total compensation for this position. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size, and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
Benefits - Benefits we offer include:
- Optional equity donation matching at a 3:1 ratio, up to 50% of your equity grant.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and all your dependents.
- 401(k) plan with 4% matching.
