The Opportunity:
This market leading and well-established health-tech business are looking to grow their Customer Success team with another, commercial skilled Customer Success Manager.
Not only is the UK team growing (It could be you!), but they are expanding teams in other global markets, and you could contribute to that success also.
Managing your book of clients, you will be the voice of your customers, ensuring they are seeing absolute value from the platform. Utilise both high and low-touch strategy, using your skills to identify risk and opportunity to drive satisfaction, retention and portfolio growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A skilled Customer Success Manager with a keen eye for commercial opportunity.
- You should not be afraid of achieving and exceeding targets such as retention, renewal and account growth which is key to this role
- Experience within a SaaS business, owning a book of high and low touch client accounts.
- Experience within a data centric SaaS solution is extremely desirable.
- Experience working with CRM platforms or something in the Health-tech space is desirable but not essential.
The Package:
- A base salary up to £38k with a £52k OTE.
- Totally flexible working. Want remote, sure! Prefer some office time, no problem!
